Minor Piercing IDentification Requirements
PARENT OR GUARDIAN MUST BE PRESENT
State-issued photo identification is required from the legal guardian
ALL MINOR'S ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE
and one form of photo ID State issued, passport, or school ID
In the event the parent has a different last name and/or address from the child, documentation is needed to prove the relationship (for example: divorce or marriage certificate; custodial or adoption papers.
Power of attorney for guardianship and Military ID not accepted
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT PHOTO COPIES OF ANY DOCUMENTS OR IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED
A valid drivers license, state-issue photo ID or passport must be provided for all piercings over the age of 18.
ALL PIERCINGS ARE ANATOMY DEPENDENT

Age requirements are with their appropriate appointment selection, if the appointment option isn't offered for a minor we do not offer that service.

Infant ear piercing is not a service we offer, kids earlobe piercing are age 6+

Jewelry purchased elsewhere is not welcome for new or old piercings, jewelry must be selected from the options in our studio

We do not offer surface anchors(dermal), surface bars, tongue, cheek, male or female lower genitalia piercings

If we do not think a piercing is viable and will not heal properly we will not do the piercing requested. All piercings are anatomy dependent, and that means sometimes we have to say no, but we will offer to pierce something else for you instead.
